| I watched the 1st episode of thunderbolt fantasy and it looks awful than other CG shows. But my question is why thunderbolt fantasy is not on mal? |

| Thunderbolt Fantasy team don't use CG, they use puppets, like Nightmare Before Christmas also used puppets, like The Corpse Bride also used puppets. So it's not an anime hence the reason it's not on MAL,. I personally think the Thunderbolt Fantasy look great considering the amount of work that was put into the show from the Taiwanese puppet studio. |

For me: Thunderbolt Fantasy is absurd because it is a ancient chinese drama (I think they're called wuxia) played out with puppets. That alone is pretty absurd. Jojo is absurd because it can get pretty weird/unique. eg Azetec gods of fitness and punching spaghetti. Ethier way I love them both. |
