| YES!! FINALLY! I really loved the crap outta Kodomo no Jikan- both the anime and the manga- so I'm glad to see it get a release. Hopefully they actually follow through with it this time- I mean I understand the controversy, but there has been worse stuff licensed in the West. It's just a shame that Kodomo no Jikan is easily written off as just a "lolicon manga" when the psychological aspect and heart warming story is wonderful as well! Then again, a lot of yaoi, yuri and shotacon series get the same treatment...just because a story has a genre that appeals to the niche & is often taboo, doesn't mean its always guaranteed to be shallow, plotless or completely unreadable for non-fans. Here's to hoping that this licensing will change things a little! ^^ |
