If you have eternal youth don't you have eternal life by default? I know there are some advantages that come with maturity, but I wouldn't want to be an old man forever..

Eternal Youth would cause problems unless your Asian, but than it would be a problem when you reach 40-50, than people will notice you haven't aged.

I guess you could grow a beard to hid it and dye your hair etc etc.

Eternal life......... Do I really want to witness humanity fall in the shit? Or will it become better? Hmmmmm its a gamble.

well everyone knows that life is meaningless without happiness and some dude named Joe

life in general is divided between ups and downs, and being eternally youthful wouldn't give you any fewer downs to those ups -- eternal youth is never progressing as a human being, never changing or adapting, staying the same forever

eternal life on the other hand is simply more stages of life after what we consider the last

generally "life" refers to the entire process -- from youth to old age

"youth" would refer simply to being young

someone who is eternally young never ages or progresses in any way, including mentally

whereas eternal life could either refer to being alive eternally through not aging (which would defeat the purpose of the question), or it could refer to the process of life having no end

the latter is a better meaning for the question to make sense
