| Lots of water before going to bed, preventative measures lol other wise soup works for me (either instant ramen or Pho or chicken noodle). Or if I have hash brown paddies I'll cook 2 of those in the toaster and microwave an egg and make a sandwich out of those with cheese. |
| drink water before going to bed (unless you're feeling nauseous). then sleep as long as you can, drink a counter beer to postpone the hangover. get as much salt in your body (highly recommended: really salty vinegar chips, salt sticks). no milk products. then take a shower, roll up in your bed and take a refreshing nap. works every time. |

| sports drinks help for me. easy to drink, they taste good. so you can get hydrated no problem. also they have electrodes like potassium. |
| Water before bed and a decent amount of sleep are good for prevention. If it does happen, sometimes exercise helps for me to be honest. Go run a couple miles and the headache is gone. Water and coffee help too. If it's really bad, I have to whip out ibuprofen |

| Hangover? Is that something to eat? I don't have any good advice since I get hangover only if I'm almost having alcohol poisoning lol. But I bet anything extra greasy yummy would help! |

| I'm usually up late after a drunk night, smoking weed until I fall asleed, rehydratingin the process, maybe taking some magnesium too. In the morning I'm often fine with that method, but sometimes I pop a pill when I have a big headache and I generally find it to be important to eat something as soon as possible when I'm hungover. Taking a hot bath is also pretty great when hungover. |
