Then the hero one-shots the villain This is even worse if the last hit is "nakama punch" that turns the villain into a good guy |

| I think I've already said what clichés or tropes I hate. But I realise how much I hate when the story tell us humans are 100% good, chosen of God, have "something" any fantasy races don't have and make us superior, can pierce the heaven with their "drill" OR are 100% bad, cruel, destroy or control everything we can... Because It tends to show it in the most irrealistic-stupidest way and It's often about killing non-humans in a graphical way. |

| I usually don't care too much about clichés but it occurred to me yesterday that there is 1 cliché I really can't stand. That is the blood spurting out of nose every time something erotic happens. I can imagine it might have been funny when it was originally thought of, because it's so silly that it makes you laugh. However, after seeing it so many dozens of times it really pisses me off now. It's one of those things that is just sort of assumed nowadays with anime creators, its like "oh the MC saw something sexy, this must be a nosebleed scene". The fact that there is like absolutely no sense or basis for this just makes it so much more annoying! If the cliché was MC getting a boner every time this scene happens, the humor value would disappear over time but at least it would still make sense! |
