| this is absolutely shit writing .Does Oda not know to write a better story for the supporting characters than hinge on inversion after sensationalising how pitiable they are ??Hell i don't believe that .Nami has grown up by a margin from her past self and has time and again contributed the crew through her efforts when time was of the essence. Very unfortunate how Robin and Usop turned out to be nothing more than caricatures . |
| Hard to know how to really fell about this episode. On the one hand, Usopp finally found his balls and came back to fight, on the though his amazing comeback would not have been needed if he had just got his head on straight and worked with everyone at the start. The additional props he does get for turning back though is now he thinks he came down all aone as he has no recollection of Robin being with him. That finish seemed to fully confirm that Trebol is a logia though. How is Usopp planning to contain that living snotball? Hope we eventually get an arc where Usopp can get one of these amazing 'hero' moments without having to sink to being the lowest of the low beforehand. The buildup to this epiode felt like a complete slap to the face of his character and confidence building. |

| I mean it was pretty predictable he come back. But hopefully this is last big moment Usopp runs like this in the show. He really just needs to snipe the little girl. The big guy being a lugire fruit user and attacking him is pointless without someone with hacki. And idk how long Luffy going to be patient and wait. So he better hurry |
