These series share an awkward, dorky character with a heart of gold who is determined to help people, as well as a nursing and healing theme. Precure is much more modern, with more intense action, while NAR has a classic styled romance. They're both soft, fun magical girl series!

Both have series with a young main protagonist who both have blonde hair and brown eyes and fight evil by turning into an older magical girl. Both series also have similar art. Ririka is a little darker than akazukin chacha, while chacha is just pure comedy

Cute middle school girls fight evil! They're cute, funny, and based on manga. The girls are awkward and in love, which isn't always reciprocated. But the unique aspect of both is their environmentalism - TMM focuses on Animal and Planet extinction and activism to stop it, while NAR focuses on pollution, global warming, and 'healing'.

Both are cute magical girl shojo with positive messages. Lots of transformation sequences!

Both feature teenage Magical Girls that go to school. Both shows turn out to be very dramatic at times. Both feature deaths that are very important to the plot and the psychological side of the main character. They probably look like very different shows, but in the end you will surely realize how many important similarities there are.

Other magical girl series may have more similarities with Sailor Moon on the surface, but few have such a similar spirit as Nurse Angel Ririka SOS. Both series were made in the 1990s and have similarly simplistic cel animation -- if one appeals visually to you, the other certainly will as well. Each is aimed at young girls but still portrays emotion and character growth in more mature ways than one would first expect. Finally, each series features a team of villains who can, at times, be more entertaining that the heroes, with distinct personalities that set them apart not as villains, but as characters.
