Both story have in common a shy dude confesses to a gal girl and the girls accepts. 

While both have that stylish female characters and the popular girl - unpopular story , Dating story presents you a serious relationship with a lot of high school drama revolving around not only the MCs but also other characters, Hajimete no gal presents you more fan service and harem .

The idea of getting a girlfriend is the same, only "hajimete no gal" has more characters the mc has to interact with. Still would recommend :) 

Similar-looking (gal) female protagonists. Both of the girls accept confessions from unpopular boys without having serious feelings for them. Additionally, both of these confessions are prompted by dares from their friends. 

Both involve a main character who is introvert and shy, and the girl is kind and love the man for that

A silly romantic comedy featuring gals. It's filled with all the clichés but adds its own twists to the plot, including the classic love triangle. Similar to the other recommendation, I prefer Fuufu Ijou, Koibito Miman as it has a less pitiable male protagonist.
