Soukyuu no Fafner: Dead Aggressor - Behind the Line

This is most definitely a step on the Fafner road rather than a stand alone project. Theres very little about Festum. Instead we have a lot of character interaction and development of the original Fafner pilots, as they come to terms with their new roles as they move past being the islands main pilots. It positions them, and some lore, for exodus and provides some welcome time to breathe and the cast to settle between the relentless action of the end of Dead Aggressor and Heaven and Earth and the gruelling events of Exodus.

Watch alone? No. But if you are watching through Fafner as a ... franchise, I recommend including this in your journey.
