Chiisana Penguin Lolo no Bouken

After watching just about all of the OVAs released in the 1980s, these are the ones I rated 6, meaning I consider them to be decent.

Anime about penguins.

Segue: Whenever I think of penguins I remember Oswald Cobblepot, the Penguin, from the Batman and Benedict Cumberbatch's BBC documentary about penguins. I just found out that Benedict Cumberbatch's birthday is July 19th while making this stack. So I guess a very belated happy birthday to him; it's still July, though. Imagine him voicing a penguin like Pingu or any other anime character. Wouldn't it be nice to have him in the DB? I'd probably add him to my favorites.

I add what I remember

A list of 80s/90s anime OVAs and movies you may not have heard of. Some are good and some are bad, but the bad ones are of the "so bad it's good" variety. Think of this as the anime rack at an old video store.

Sekai Douwa Anime Zenshuu is dated as either 1986 or 1990 on different sites, so I will keep on this list for now.
