Ever wondered what the word 'moe' means? Gochuumon wa Usagi desuka? and Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san are both among the most moe anime out there. Neither anime is very funny (they both have some comedy though) but the anime make up for it with their atmosphere and cuteness. The characters are very similar; especially Sophie and Chino. They are the shy and quiet type, but certainly not the boring type; actually both are very cute and beautiful. Main difference of course is that Sophie is a vampire and Chino a human.

Comedy moe slice of life focusing on supernatural girls living ordinary lives in modern Japan.

Both of these adorable cute girls doing cute things slice of life moe anime have a similar smoothing feel. The characters are also similar so if you like one you will like the other! Sophie and Alice are both the cute characters who aren't Japanese who stand out. Akari and Shinobu are both the short haired 'ordinary' high school student and deeply loves dolls. There are also alot of similarities so you can deferently enjoy both of these if you like cute slice of life shows about a cute girl and a girl loving dolls (Which the cute girl looks like) having fun living together  read more

Both series have a laid-back, comfy, and slice of life approach to tackling the supernatural, focusing more on cultural differences and the quirks of being not-fully human.

Lesbian vampires versus Lesbian Dragons Although the shows are definitely way different they're both hella cute, and have a few similarities. Both have the two main characters, one who keeps flirting with the other, who seems annoyed at first but seems to soften as the show goes on. Both have nice friendship and love themes, as well as fantasy elements. So although different, if you enjoyed one I think you'll probably enjoy the other.

Shoujo ai comedy with an obsessive top and rejective bottom, mildly erotic

-the MC falls in love with a kuudere-ish girl -the MC is constantly trying to get them to wear cute clothes -both are shoujo ai

Not that similar apart from the two mains, the cute contrast to the kuudere. So basically if you want more of emilico, come here.

Both have Yuri relationships between human girls and non-human girls

a highly lesbo-erotic yet non-explicit story about lovable cute young women exploring the joys of close friendships

Similar premise both are about vampires, but Shiki is more about horror and physiological and Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san is about slice of life and comedy. Both are good anime in my opinion. Watch the other if you are interested about vampires.

They have the same feel, Slice of Life with Vampires/devils. Devils being in Dropkick on my devil and Vampires in Ms. vampire who lives in my neighborhood. both are comedy and fantasy type anime

Basically Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san has the Kill Me Baby template: Akari is to Yasuna (both are annoying airheads), as Sophie Twilight is to Sonya (both are the receiving end of the annoyance of the moe/airheads).

Fundamentally, like Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase, the heroines are both little vampires.

Want a cast of four to six young girls? Want to watch them do slice of life things complete with comedic elements, Shoujo Ai undertones, and even occasional overtones? Want to watch three seasons worth of it? Have I got the show for you.

Cute slice of life shows that help you relax. The characters are cute and are enjoyable to watch. If you like one, you will like the other.

Having seen Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san twice recently, I wanted to find something to re-watch instead to fill that void. The conditions were slice of life, released 2017-present and of course, that it be good. Of the options presented to me which met those conditions, Machikado Mazoku is the one I feel best pairs with Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san. It has a similar style of humour but is different enough to be viable in conjunction.

Cute girl doing basic daily life things. Both Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san and Non Non Biyori are basically an anime about doing stuff together with friends and have fun with it.
