Synopsis

A Korean/Japanese co-production created by Bakugan and Dragon Ball Super contributor Atsushi Maekawa.

Turning Mecard stars Jason, a grade-schooler who meets a Mecanimal, a transforming minicar from the alternate world of Triforce, named Evan. Jason and Evan are both searching for missing family members, and team up to help each other. Together, they meet more Mecanimals as they battle across dimensions and learn important lessons along the way.

Mixed Feelings
This series certainly has its uniqueness. It's like a mix of Pokémon/Digimon and Yu-Gi-Oh/Wixoss. Cards are used for mechanimals attacks, in battle, and blank cards are used to tame mechanimals.

The series is silly and cute at times. For the most part though, episodes tend to follow a pattern. The children talk for awhile and then have a battle. At some point the characters travel to another world, but there's still not a lot of variety in what happens each episode.

I like the art, and some characters have neat outfits. There wasn't a lack in the visuals or scenery. They did a good job on the ...

Imagine Bakugan Battle Brawlers story striped to its bare bones and characters personality's bleached out of then ALOT now replace the bakugan with transformers with (i guess) quirky personality's although also bland or bleached out a bit and you have this show it is average and made not even for kids as most children of the age of 5 would rather watch anything else such as gravity falls with lots of mystery's and fun (( being a smart show is a GOOD thing)) "uhhg" but despite its flaws such as the 3 moves per person (making battles short and extremely ...
