Some of my go-to anime series when I'm down or want to chill a little, taking a rest from the highly intense genres I love & always end up choosing to watch! 😅🙈

Here are some anime that I think will cheer anyone up who is having a bad day.
These are really wholesome and funny anime that along with being one of my most loved anime these anime also helped me when I was having a bad time.

Made this interest stack to help locate 4-koma based anime for challenges and achievements more easily.

A Yonkoma (literally, "four-cell") Manga, better known as 4-Koma, is a short comic that consists of four panels arranged vertically from beginning to end, often adopting a plot structure known as "Kishotenketsu". Like western comic stripsnote , they are often found in newspapers, magazines, graphic novels, and other places. 4-Koma can be single-shot gags, or tell a story across several strips. (Notice that it isn't shikoma.) Expect nothing short of a Rapid-Fire Comedy from 4-Koma mangas, since they fire at least one joke every four frames.

A small part of the romance animes that I have watched, some of them are movies and most of them are completely focused on romance.

Romance anime that I enjoy that are not necessarily in the shoujo demographic that are set in modern times. I’ll also be trying not to add too many fantasy romances since I technically already have a stack for that. However, that stack is all shoujo so if it’s not a shoujo and it’s a fantasy romance I’ll still include it in the list. I’ll also be adding a few donghua (Chinese animation) and Aeni (Korean Animation) as well. I might add a BL or two but only if I don’t have it in my BL interest stack already. I hope you find some favorites in here! I might add a couple duplicated from other stacks that don’t have too many views though.

A curated list of series and shorts that span no more than 15 minutes, but satisfies your entertainment all the same. Arranged in color-coordinated rows because nothing makes lists look more appealing than a uniform order, trust me.

Short format (and sometimes episodic) anime that you will enjoy in a small amount of time. Wether It has less than 12 episodes or
the duration of the episodes is between 5-15 minutes. Stand-alone OVAs & ONAs are included too.

Animes good-spirited , Anime to watch and be happy, nothing too dramatic, no mysteries to be aware of, just sit back and watch and have a satisfied smile on your face.

Anime that feels like Midwest Emo, Midwest emo is a sub-genre of Emo involving very emotional and sentimental lyrics and lyrics that typically contain a nostalgic nature (Ex.American Football, The Brave Little Abacus, Home is Where, Marietta, Etc).

Girls who like to tease and troll. The person they are trolling may or may not be their love interest. Limited to anime I've seen.

Animes that first appeared on Weekly Shonen Magazine as manga and had an adaptation for TV.

Big dose of laid-back Romance animes with Wholesome romance, and without any Love-triangle, Missunderstanding, and rival girl. (If there is any rival they clear up fast.)

Occasional teasing shows included!

Its all the sugary-fluffy love stories you need.

***One exception under the "the rivals clear up fast" is [Kimi Ni Todoke]. There the first season second half is full-on rivalry, but its worth the watch because the love earned in the end***

Self-explanatory; rom-com anime that will tuck you in, read you a story and kiss you on the forehead (they're very comforting)
