shounen ai animes with great comedy moments, both stories spin around very smexy "papa" and his sweet young son

Shounen-ai. BoyxBoy. The stuff, you know. But that's not the only way the two anime are similiar. They're handling a pairing (well, Junjo Romantica handles 3 pairings, but I'm talking baout the MAIN pairing) with a huge age different. Also, they have a lot of comedy elements and contain a lot of chibis/SDs.

Barring the obvious yaoi linkage, these two shows feature a protagonist who falls for an awesome guy "friend" before they know it. Also, they are made by the same animation team so the artwork is really similar. However Kirepapa is lighter than the Ikoku Irokoi and doesn't have some annoying woman gumming up the works.

Both are pretty humorous I must say, and both have one of the guys not only older than the other but also have a relative they cared a LOT about, and try to do their best in protecting their well being. The main difference is in Koi Suru it's a little bro when in Kirepapa it's a son.

First, Boy x Boy love. Second, quite the same character pairs and behavior scheme. Third, the same plot organization: ep 1. - the establishment of the relationship, ep 2 - problems, problems... The art style is quite different though. So be warned.

Both are light-hearted comedies featuring a lovable buffoon (Chisato/Tamaki) and a healthy dose of shonen-ai.

Different stories. the style is similar and the kind of reflection of the characters too. Two yaoi with developing a very attractive and funny.
