Mahoutsukai Precure and Little Witch Academia have a really similar magic setting. Both have a normal human going to a magic school and meeting a bunch of magical friends. Both have lovable and easy relatable characters. Both have an amazing soundtrack and good animation moments. Both have one character which is laughtly bad at magic. Both have a really cool and interesting world with a bunch of creative magic monsters.

They're both cute witch-themed magical girl shows. However, "Mahou Tsukai Precure" follows the monster of the week formula while "Ojamajo Doremi" doesn't have any fights.

This two shows have a pretty cool similarity, that i'd recommend you to watch if you like one of them. Flying Witch and Mahoutsukai Precure!? both retain the slice of life element were they both have tried to keep their witch powers hidden from others. Both openings are lovable if you watch it long enough that is. Although Flying Witch does not have a evil encounter like Mahoutsukai Precure!? does they both are pretty enjoyable if your the type that watches animes with little to no romance and shounen action this is the show for you.

The duo dynamic is back, with a greater focus on magical realms and colourful spells! Mirai and Riko's friendship will have Futari wa fans pleasantly surprised, and Ha-Chan's halfway entry is a load of fun. A similarly split plot, with different villains in the former and latter halves, but with refined animation and some killer enchantments.
