Gene Simmons needed some money so he rounded up his slaves and they did a collab with some shitty idol group. Thus, Yume no Ukiyo ni Saitemina.

The first minute or so is animated by Trigger. This is the part that’s good. The rest is live action where everyone stands around and pretend to play their instruments. This is the part that’s not good. While the song oozes mediocrity, I will admit it’s much better than a vast majority of the KISS discography. KISS sucks. They are a bad band and I don’t get why everyone loves them. read more

This is an AMV

Ever wondered how a cute female J-pop band would sound like in collaboration with classic rock band Kizz? Well here you have it!
Kizz provided the music and the J-pop ban MOMOIRO CLOVER Z provided the vocals :)
I did like the song, it had a catchy J-pop feel but still edgy with the rock elements

But for me I didn´t so much like the AMV, it was interesting at the start but then it brought live action into it and it seems more like a normal music video.
But I still like the progress that it started out being like a fight between the two read more

This is just stupid fun. I could not believe this collab existed until I saw it, and I was even more surprised when I figured out Trigger animated it.

Story: Not too much is going on here. The lyrics are pretty stock, and not much happens between the beginning and end of the video.

Art: The animated portions of the music video are done by Trigger, as mentioned, and it just oozes personality (reminds me of Luluco or Kiill la Kill). The backgrounds are nothing too special, and the character art all feels like it came from the same show, which is quite the feat when you read more
