Mahou shoujo with loli characters and heavy fanservice.

Nijihara Ink's transformations are very similar to the Twin Angel's; clothes are stripped, twirl around, while new clothes are magically "put on" (sorry don't know how to word), and they are both transformed into fighting girls. They both use gadgets (Nijihara ink: cell phone/Twin Angels: pocket bell like thing) to transform. Nijihara Ink and Minazuki Haruka look very similar, with the same seiyuu Yukari Tamura, same hair style, hair color, etc. Kuroi Sumi and Kannazuki Aoi also look similar, with hair style (ahoge; but Aoi's ahoge doesnot make gestures) and color. Both Shoujo battle anime. Aoi and Haruka use the same cheesy attack names over and over (Angel  read more

Both shows are ecchi parodies of popular genres. Ore, Twintails ni Narimasu parodies live-action tokusatsu shows like Super Sentai. Moetan parodies magical girl shows. The emphasis rests on fairly nonsensical storylines, and they both regularly state that the audience should just accept what's going on without thinking about it too much. They're both pretty fun, but they certainly won't be to everyone's tastes.

Both have a device for transform. have animal that can talk. while madoka was a serious mahou shoujo, moetan were the parody.

Strong voice acting, cute character designs, and a lighthearted atmosphere define these magical girl anime.

The female lead, a kind girl with magical powers, has a male assistant that is a bit perverted, resulting in some hilarious delusions, daydreams and drooling.

Moetan is a magical girl loli series that isn't really popular, but is fun, random, and energetic. Kodomo No Jikan may be more serious, but they both involve cute lolis and hyperactive humor.

Both shows have magical girls and little pervert animal-monsters giving them magical powers. The comedy side is also quite similar. In Moetan the girls are just normal school-girls, while in Nurse Witch Komugi-chan R they are also idols.

Both shows are hilarious due to their sheer stupidity and absurdity and feature low-budget moe-blob animation. If you like dumb slapstick comedy that's also a bit weird at times, you'll love Moetan and Kill Me Baby.

both series seem to have the opposite of a serious tone when it comes to villain motivations and plot coherence. plenty of seinen-leaning comedy and fan service, though moetan tends to lay it on more thickly. they also both have among the best transformation sequences in the mahou shoujo genre.

Both are parodies with lots of cute stupid lolis and fan service. Also have some more superficial comparisons such as transformation sequences and weird animal companions.

Both shows have entertaining jokes, a lot of ecchi, perverted male characters, and a tendency to playfully subvert tropes whenever possible.

loli ecchi comedy!

Both are great anime series featuring magical girls. Their main characters are not what they look like (Ink is 18 years old but looks a little younger, Amu is different from her Cool&Spicy persona) and both feature lolicon characters (Arks and Ikuto). Those series also seems to share a part of their fandom.

I choose Moetan because of Ink's personality is like Sumomo Akihime, same magical anime but they are so kawaii

So much Engrish, SO MUCH.. arguably the most entertaining aspect of both shows.

Series similar in terms of content and have ecchi Mahou shoujo and also for having a similar level of comedy.

Both shows are so cute they make you want to vomit rainbows. Both shows are based off computer software designed to help Japanese people learn English.

The girls here are Magical girls^^They have special powers. This one is like Moetan too. Their are many similarities too here. The story is awesome.

Cute girls + Random English phrases = Win! Ichigo has none of the fanservice that Moetan is infamous for, instead opting for a more 'slice-of-life' comedic approach.

Small or stuffed animals, who assist magical girls, make jocular comments and break the fourth wall. Additionally, both shows have a lot of ecchi.
