Both are about Food. Toriko is about fighing people and finding food. Fighting Foodons Is about making food that Fights people. and they both have some really good JOkes and humor  

Both are cooking shows that go over the top and can craft quite surreal/weird scenery when portraying the food. 

Antropomorphic foods in combat. Both are also shows meant for kids. 

Fighting Foodons takes a lot of cues from Yugioh. Their Dubs are done by the same studio and share production styles, similar jokes and even voice casts. Plotwise, Fighting Foodons has so many similarities to Yugioh. From being a card game to very cheesy dialogue. 

Similar design of anthropomorphic food items humanoid figure tha has the food in place of its head. Both are kid-centered shows. 

You might think that there is not much in commen with both But there is They both have food in them They have martial arts in them Fighting Dialogue A cute chicks  

Both shows Have battles have cute and funny moments and Both have food in them well in pokemon they eat food and in fighting foodons the food fights. But still good show.  

Both shows do not take them themselves Seriously and thats what I like about them both. One is about war and other world problems and one is about food and how it can fight BUt either way you look at it They're both Funny Really Funny. 

They both are very very funny Now one is towards more adultish audiens and one was made for more of kid friendly base One aired on TOonami and one aired on 4kids But that does not mean that there both bad or both good But I liked them so I hope you Do also!!
