Jigoku sensei nube and Gokkou no kaidan similar with paranormal and about ghost stories in japan.. and both have a comedy too and about school too.

Episodic anime based on teachers who care for their students while being accompanied with a dark tone. While Nube has more horror elements than Assassination Classroom, I feel both Nube & Koro Sensei are very likable teachers.

Both protagonist has mutated right arm and somewhat similar character design.

Both series have a blend of comedy & dark stories involving ghosts & demons, however Ghost Sweeper Mikami is the more comedic while Nube contains a much darker tone in its series. The casts of both shows are extremely likeable each having their own little quirks & selfish attitudes. Both series are drawn by Toei Animation giving a similar 90's art style. Overall these animes are great excelling with their characters & ongoing creativity.

Horror? ✓ Comedy? ✓ Tear-jerker? ✓ Toei at their peak? ✓ Comedy/horror is such a rare combination of genres that somehow mix to make something that stands out above the rest. It's something where I honestly couldn't explain why the two work together so well, they just do, and while I've always had a hatred for Toei, they seem to do this genre mix so perfectly. Gegege no Kitaro (2018) and Jigoku Sensei Nube are two anime that take this genre combo, and make my two favorite comedy/horror anime of all time, with some of the most memorable characters, facing off against all sorts of yokai that westerners like  read more

Both are episodic horror classics that usually consist of demons attacking students. They can also flip between comedy and more serious moments but Devilman can be very repetitive.

Both titles deal with demons living on Earth. Both shows have a good balance between comedy and action. The humor in both shows are absolutely hilarious and the action will keep you entertained. If you liked one, you may like the other.

While these two anime have different settings, both of them are not made to be taken seriously. The protagonist in both titles uses extraordinary powers to defeat powerful monsters. Both anime are hilarious to watch with cool characters and awesome action scenes. However Hell Teacher Nube has horror elements and is a way older than One Punch Man. If you don't mind watching older anime, if you like one then you may enjoy the other as well.

If you liked Jigoku Sensei Nube you will like Nurarihyon, the slight difference is that Nurarihyon is more teenage-themed with a big responsability of being half human/half yukai, and JSN is more like a dutty from Sensei Nube to protect everyone using his curse as a way of defense, but both main characters share the same feeling: BE STRONG, HIDE ALL THE YUKAI! or destroy the ones causing troubles if u cant argue with them...

Jigoku Sensei Nube and GH both deals with paranormal activity. Nube is much more lighthearted and comedic than GH and incorporates more Japanese mythology than in GH. Although there were some genuinely creepy moments in Jigoku Sensei Nube as well.
