Just some anime I've seen that I think do a good job of hitting emotions that are hard to put into words.

Anime with a focus on mental health that is specifically focused around the character's recovery.

Focus is on mental illness, insecurity, trauma, and grief, and then on coping and moving past it

This differs from other portrayals of mental health that tend to stew in their misery---not that that kind of art is not meaningful and does not have value, but it's not what the goal is here.

These movies and films address the lives of those who fall through the cracks of Japanese society in their time and place, and their triumphs, sorrows, loves, and losses.

Anime that have a complete story.

Comedy anime with jokes about dark, sensitive, controversial or vulgar topics.

Adult humour if you can call it.

These shows are nice for an anime marathon

just some stuff from my superior taste

Anime where the main character is a shut-in or NEET with little to no social life. This includes series where the main character doesn't explicitly state they are a shut-in but instead protrudes behaviors of such characters.

About social, ethical or psychological problems through critical vision

These are a list of anime found on the reddit post of the same name (https://www.reddit.com/r/Animedubs/comments/1038ih1/good_must_watchdubbed_anime/) that I found to be interesting and will be watching myself. I'll be leaving the first season of each show, of course you should watch the continuation of them in future seasons and OVAs if you enjoy the initial show.

Obviously this my opinion alone, therefore not all will agree.

As an INTP, my general assumption will be most INTPs will be into psychological, thriller, mystery, sci-fi, time travel stuffs. They would also like to see INTP/INTJ protagonists with whom they would relate to some extents.
I also think most INTPs would also like mindfuck stories.
(Even if you aren't an INTP, you can consider restacking it if your tastes are similar to the aforementioned description)
I'm not really a 24×7 anime watcher, so I haven't also watched all the animes here. This list is made with the help of INTP sub reddit and some of the INTPs I know. If you have any suggestions in your mind, feel free to let me know through dm or comments.
PS: For animes with multiple entries, I have only added the first season.

List of anime that include at least a few of (but not all of) the following:

- Adult characters
- Real world issues
- Serious, dark, or disturbing topics
- Introspection, philosophy, or psychological elements
- A slower pace
- Blood and violence
- Emotional Intelligence
- Little to no fanservice
- Something to say/a message to send
- Realistic portrayals of any of the above

Keep in mind, not all dark anime is mature, and not all mature anime is dark. A bloody gorefest can be juvenile and a simple romance can be mature. More of the shows in this stack stray dark, however, because that’s what I’m more familiar with and only 50 entries are allowed. There are many more mature anime out there; this is just the first fifty that came to mind.

Anime where the main character is an introvert and tries to avoid social situations.

Midwest Emo is a subgenre of emo music that usually has a lot nostalgia felling of summer with youre friends washing youre theath 6 in thr morning and going or something like traveling with train to a lake that kinda of nostalgia that makes you happy yet sad it can make you feel quite comforting (like the anime series in the stack) and usually comes with smoking some cigarettes its like that lingering feeling that you have to let go of the past but they are too much happy memories holding you to it and this list is basically anime series that give that feeling and vibe.
