The two main characters of episode one, Ryuu & Mia, are adorable together. The second episode however, took a drastic turn in the opposite direction as the main character chose a different partner. It was unclear, at least to me, whether Ryuu had replaced Mia despite his promises of loyalty heavily emphasized in the end of the first episode, or whether he was simply creating a harem.

Adorably sexy is the best way to describe Oppai Heart. You don't know what the hell is going on half of the time, but it's made damn clear that there are bitches in heat that need to chill.

This hentai suffers from a severe lack of clarity. It's as if they went, "Fuck the story! We all know what you're here for, so let's get on with it." Fortunately, this means the two episodes are chock filled with actual sex rather than melodrama.
