Edens Zero

On the planet of Granbell, Shiki has led an isolated life growing up as the only human in Granbell Kingdom—an amusement park operated by machines. However, that changes when Rebecca Bluegarden and her feline companion Happy arrive, unaware that they are the first to visit this abandoned amusement park in one hundred years. Hoping to make fun videos for their B-Cube channel, they instead find and befriend the socially awkward Shiki.

When the machines make Granbell too dangerous for them, the trio flee and return to Rebecca and Happy's home planet, Blue Garden. There, Shiki registers as an adventurer for the Shooting Starlight guild and learns about the mysterious goddess, Mother. Curious about the familiar feeling he gets from her, he decides to set out on a journey to find her, a feat no one has ever accomplished. Opting to tag along, Rebecca and Happy help Shiki begin the search for Mother, shooting cool videos and making new friends along the way!

Honestly I was waiting for a season 2 but being afraid of being spoiled I just had to read the manga and boy what an experience it was

Hiro mashima doing it again with another goated series called edens zero
It has all that fairy tail had lacked worldbuilding,stakes and character development.
It was nice to see how sci fi created by mashima would seem but it works
But the thing I appreciate is the character development one thing mashima is not really good at.another thing I would is that it is consistent and keeps you on the edge of the seat the belial Gore arc was the most ...

Hey peops,

First time writing a review here, but boy I just really needed to tell y'all this for some reason. Here we go.

Story/writing:
Well it has an interesting premise to be honest and I was seriously invested in how it would turn out. After a good 80 chapters that interest dwindled and died at 100+ something. The power system was neat, but after a while it falls in the lines of: man the mp is actually having a hard time, boy we need do something about that. After 100+ a fight went real bad but luckely time travel was there to save the day and they ... now had a perfect plan to defeat the bad guy and they did it yayyyy. After a while all the dialogue was just white noise for me and everything was incredibly predictable. There are of course emotional moments throughout the series, but zero impact because they apparently couldn't be bothered to write something good.

Art:
Yeah it's okay. I'll draw a comparison with something I'm (sadly) more familiar with: Fortnite. The design is high quality right? But god is it boring, same with this manga. There's some creative stuff, but it gets repetitive real quick. Almost every woman character is half naked and you can't go without a panty shot in chapter. Also everyone has D+ tits, like come onnnnn. It's a lot of blatant fan service that just deminishes a lot of serious stuff. Like, I get it's "for boys", but I'm a lad as well and this just is way too much.

Characters:
Probably the worst part of the entire series. You'd think shounen mp's couldn't get any duller but boy did they dig through rockbottom. They are all so forgettable that I have to grab the character list so I will be able to write a review about this dumpster fire. Oh I remember now why I am writing this, it's because they thought it was a good idea to adapt this shit into an anime. Anyway, since it's a shounen you'll have the obligatory character tropes thrown in there like "I wont hit a girl/woman since thats wrong" or "dont look at me baka" shit stains of people. The former was the mp and the latter was Rebecca. The only interesting from the main cast is Stein, he has somewhat of a personality. That's all though. The rest is just two tropes smashed together, and if they're female with huge tits and asses as well, with some generig looking face .jpg . Oh and the robots on the ship are neat as well, but aren't that well written as well.

Enjoyment:
Actually not bad in the first few arcs, but if felt like they just ran out of the good stuffTM and it all just collapsed. I think that it was already bad from the start, but I only saw it when it was too late. I had already read too much at that point, so I continued; hoping for some kind of redemption but it just became worse and worse and now I haven't read it in a while.

Overall:
Yeah it's pretty bad.

This Manga is Horrible.

And I will go into Detail why.

Imagine you create a franchise, that is somewhat good but dillutes into something terrible. That was Fairy Tail, by the same author. It started out strong but had terrible power scaling, terrible character development and the overall story also went really bad despite so many good ideas.

Fairy Tail had strong female characters who were demoted to Damsel in Distress later, or just blatant Fan Service.
