At the end of the day, the rule of Androids vs. humans is still a big risk to KNoCC and Esola, while Kite hard their cries to challenge them in the final 5th Stage to claim the victor to either save or kill the Androids all at once, even with strong, discerning viewers from the general public. It was all the plot from the robot exclusionist's faction, and what the mysterious choreographer and Inspector Bora can do is to stop it, with Kite from within Babel lending them aid to reconciliate with Esola and realize their true nature.

It's time for the Final Stage between KNoCC and STAND-ALONE, and while the robot exclusionist faction under Kiriya got his just desserts with the World Government not moving an inch, it's up to the final revenge performance to move hearts, and KNoCC got their wish for a world of equality between humans and Androids. But still, Cobalt and the others can also treat themselves as free people with Esola's discharge.

An idol show that I didn't expect to be engrossed from start to finish, this is a good ending, all things considered. And for this, it's a touch above average.

A happy ending. :)

Overall, a good and unique idol show. However, I would have like this more without all the "robots bad, humans good" thing. It started to frustrate me a little at certain point. I just felt so sorry for all those poor robots and androids.

The cat episode almost made me cry more than Grave of the Fireflies all in all it falls a bit short but better than half of the isekais out there.
Perhaps more time for the back story also that future was messed up and no sign of the poor.

It was nice i really liked it it but i need more cause that ending didn't answer much

did Kite die? Cause on the game he's an android as well as the twins

Im quite confused about the timeline since i don't play the game and don't know japanese to search more about it

Overall i think it was a fun anime. I really enjoyed it but i hope they get a 2nd season to explain some stuff

There's only two idol groups and for Stand Alone only Kite has his story, Night and Light are almost excluded. So for characters I prefer to marry with Visual Prison where there are three groups and every group's members have their own story. But Technoroid is really invest in sci-fi, and not afraid to ask hard questions, like life-death, soul, etc.

The performance:  "LOVE NO HATE." by KNoCC was truly a winning piece against fair competition with STAND-ALONE! it was just truly majestic!!!
5/5.
i initially scored this as 6/10 but i change my mind! let's give it a 7/10!

Probably one of the best sci-fi anime as the entire plot around leaving extra space in memory idea for space for a soul to form was compelling as was how robots would gain feelings and the ethics behind how they should be treated. The human exclusionist faction as well as the world government taking a stance made for a nice visible antagonist from start to finish. Lastly I'd say the major twist and reveal is memorable and emotional, never saw it coming and it will remain in my thoughts.

Esola was a great protagonist and different for the "idol" genre this made us think it fit into. They could have easily swapped him for a typical otome lead girl...but they didn't so it felt unique and different.

It was a really emotion experience leaving me teary eyed multiple times and the ending episode and performance had me sniffling and wiping my eyes, since it was a great conclusion to KNoCCs journey and how they showed that they wanted to be accepted and were accepted by the fans was a very beautiful thing. Just really beautiful anime all around.

One Heart really is the perfect song for it.  (And catchy INBIJIBURU INBIJIBURU)

This finale was really embracing the idol aspects of the show not only in terms of performance quality but also the overall story, delivery and message. For example, the scene with Night and Light asking Kite to share his burdens with them felt like a total idol cliche, but as someone who started this show for the idols in the first place, I'm here for it!! When it comes to the songs, Stand-Alone absolutely killed it (I was genuinely hyped when the beat dropped which is exactly what idols can do at their best) but KNoCC's performance was also very heartfelt and exciting in an entirely different way. man I love idols <3

Idol media lore can get pretty extreme at times and I feel like combining that with a dystopian mystery worked to the show's advantage! Even though I've been skeptical towards the cheesy writing from pretty much the first episode, this show honestly managed to leave me genuinely impressed by the end of it and I'm grateful for that. Sleeper hit of the season?

Also, I need more of Makoto Furukawa's singing right now. His voice is breathtaking!!!

well, this was one of the animes i would probably never pick in another season, i only watched it since i literally picked everything

that being said, it was one of the easiest ones to watch, since first, not many screenshots, apart from the female looking mc lol, and second, because it was mostly light heart stuff

ofc the discrimination was hard to watch, and i for sure wasn«t expecting such strong reveals in the last episodes, but they probably made me up the score for this

anyway, i was totally gonna give it a 5/6, but after such an interesting ending, i'll give it an 8, i'd probably watch a second season
fav "new" girls from winter <3 (2 extra girls this time, but 36 seasonals so whatever) ... click sig for older seasons and more possible picks

Wait, so the human idol has to possibly die while the androids live happily ever after? Also, Isola turns into his mom?
Awoo :3
