| Future devil is the right level of goofy for this adaptation, no overblown music or sound effects just seeing this dude all giddy and dancing in contrast to the cold silence around him is all it ever needed. Seeing all the fiends finally animated was a treat especially cause i mistakenly thought they weren't until the next season, best boy beam finally makes his appearance. And as always them ramping up the creepiness of makima is absolutely the right call to make, shes might be on the good guys side but these actions shes making are evil, simple as that, and portraying her as this unfeeling force with the monotone voice and unnerving camera angles really sells the mood. |

| Episode was a bit too slow for my taste (especially given the hype fatigue and also that CSM is a 12 episode season), but the voice actors were spot on. Makima's voice actress is especially too powerful when she's not edging Denji up cough . The question is: is it suggested those eyeballs were actually the families, or is it primarily a scare tactic (given how Future chose to be Aki's eye). Anywho, I hope Future Devil will get more of a vocal role in the future if he's still around. |

| bruh every fucking week why they gotta end it like that aaaaaaaaaaaaa it's surpirsing that future devil didn't ask for anything from aki. still just being able to look into the future a little bit doesn't seems like the extent of future devil's power. makima being the chad (or stacy?) she is. she knows where to attack lol. kinda dirty to go after their families though. well they sure introduced the rest of the special division 4 fast in just a few mins. interesting bunch but i'm still looking forward to see how much power and denji have improved. one more episode to go :/ then we gotta wait like a whole year till me get another season which SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSS don't want this to end but well still looking forward to the last episode. |

Finally,we got to see the Future Devil and Shark boy.This episode was really fun,and the ghost devil looks amazing in 3D.The ED is the most visually beautiful ending or 3D visuals I have seen,ever!They deserve so much praise for it! |

| MIRAI SAIKOU! The future devil is great, dude has read the manga and is just vibing. The new fiends introduced are fucking sick, it's pretty funny though how we have a Shark, Spider, Angel and then V i o l e n c e lmao. Jesus Christ Makima, definitely had chills when she asked that Yakuza boss to write down the names of other Yakuza families. How tf did she even get those eyeballs. Kishibe really outright called this woman a liar in her face, based. Aki can see a little into the future, but he still needs the strength to back it up, cause boy getting choked out. It's really fucked that he's facing the Ghost devil though, not sure how Snake girl got the Ghost devil, but I assume she formed a contract with it. 1 more episode left for this season, damn it. |

| It's hard to see what note Chainsaw Man will end on at the moment, but I am really like the introductions. Episode 10 and 11 have both felt like they are cruising to something real good in 12. We're getting introduced to the other Fiends and Makima's actions brought to life are even scarier. |

| I had to check if the Yakuza boss was actually saying "Soviet" in Japanese and that seems to be the case (ソ連). So I guess that means the USSR was never dissolved in this world. I wonder what implications this is going to have in the future. |
