| Wow. The new opening is quite good. Gotta love the argument between who is the better Onee-sama between Kuroko and Frenda. This foreshadows that ITEM might have something to do again with the story this time as seen in the opening with the blonde kid. |

| Have to say, I really like this new OP, not sure if I prefer it to the old one yet though. Pretty decent episode, it was definitely a nice breather after the plot heavy arc we just had. That part in the restaurant was just hilarious. |

| I felt this episode is much more relaxed then previous episode but still pretty good episode. Op and Ed looks great to and nice to see ITEM but only two members. |

You can find them on the same baka tsuki page as to aru majutsu no index novels, near the bottom of the list. By the way, the two railgun SS are awesome compared to more than half of the main series' volumes . That's why people want to see them animated :3 |

| I am finally watching the episode (long day) and i am barely a few mins in and is it just me or are the animating the hell out of Saten while she is on the phone to Uiharu. I know it has been a while since she showed up but come on save the budget for the fight scenes later in the season. |

| Oh man, the clash in the family restaurant was hilarious. Such a contrast with when they wanted to kill each other just a couple of episodes ago. Frog doctor to the rescue! Hopefully the clones get to live a little longer. Typically Saten will never stop teasing Misaka with the homemade cookie thing will she? Did they actually even study in the end? And why didn't Kuroko just teleport both of them back to the dorms so they would be on time? :P No real episode, but a movie preview next week. |

| So in the end, nothing happend, despite Kuroko being like "it's so peaceful" all the time. That little incident in the restaurant is something that happens all the time in Academic City, so that doesn't count. And it was nice to see them all again. Kuroko had at least a bit of screen time, but Saten and Uiharu? Haruue didn't do much, so i wouldn't really count her in into "appearing again". |
| Sister's Arc was crazy, so I'm glad we're having a break. This new arc is obviously not going to be anywhere near as good, but if the rest of the show is at least as good as this episode I'll be happy |

| New OP/ED. Just right for a seemingly brighter beginning of a new arc different from the sheer intensity of the recently concluded Sisters' Arc. A change in mood, a change in pace and perhaps a new direction? A nice slow paced breather especially for Mikoto - after what she's been through. It's nice to know a little bit more detail regarding the health of the remaining clones and aftermath of the cancelled project, as Mikoto (and we) are informed by a certain scientific doctor in more detail about where the clones went and why they are getting treated. We're not seeing them for a while again, I guess (if ever). From the preview, it'll be part of the Index movie next week instead of Railgun S 18... |
