| Ok, that was a good fight, it took a whole episode and the action isn't even over yet(kinda like what I wanted to see from Misaka vs. Accelerator, but oh well). The good thing is that there a powerful esper is coming next, although I don't really see how is Misaka supposed to win versus this team(she's already more or less beat up and strained). |

Yay , the narrative amazes me giving us a battle that never seems to end , there is just a hint of the end , they return to our two protagonists menarsi again , you can not ask for anything better . At least it is not obvious how other clashes seen and reviewed , also here we have four hunters ! * _ * But some concerns arise in me , if you add up the levels of the enemy , even if Mikoto is strong it is not unlikely a victory ? And why not Kuroko comes to aid of Onee -sama ? Or show his interest in the history , it would be much more realistic narration, do not you think ? Optimal design , no burrs or hint of fall ! : D Smooth animations , good work of JC Staff! * _ * One thing , however, will make up their noses at those who do not glosses over some issues, namely because there are always TAMnI and Railgun , loli girls and young girls ? Oh well I do not do in this particular case , dismissing it as fanservice , but I read about people who do not accept this, unfortunately, are the changing times ! | Damn, Misaka rocked in that fight! Totally contrast with her fight against Accelerator! She disarmed those traps one by one pretty easily. She's a bit lacking in hand to hand fight, but when she goes rage mode, don't underestimate her strenght. But now that there is not one, but two person in reinforcement, I think she have no choice but to make an escape. She managed it in a 1 vs 1, but in a 2 vs 1 with even their leader (that's the impression she gave me), it's a too dangerous situation. Misaka is a stubborn girl, but if she learn that Nunotaba have been able to help her with the other complex, she might change her mind. I found it really cute, that milk tea Nunotaba left behind. A proof of her attachment to the Sisters. |

| This is what you call a perfect episode. Actual score is 4.6/5 but I voted it as 5/5. This show has woman fetish. I can understand becuse this is Shounen genre. Why I rated it higher was because this is the longest fight I have seen in this franchise. The fight scene is quite satisfactory. Even tho Misaka was blinded, she can use her ability to analyze the space of the room, Frenda uses gas as a bluff. So much strategy in this fight alone. I got excited over this fight since the Akatsuki battles in Naruto. Another plus point is Frenda charm. she is way too cute imo and her voice acting is superb. Another hype is the battle of the Laser woman next episode. I can't wait. Kagaku >>>>>>> Majutsu |

| Hah silly me, this whole time I thought Frenda(?) the blonde was the fifth level 5 (Misaki?), and wondered why she didn't recognize Misaka. After looking at the user profile I have no idea how did I mix them up, they look nothing alike at all.. except for the blonde hair. |

| Best fight. Misaka however owned Frenda completely. I wouldn't be surprised if Misaka fried up Frenda. And that scene at the end where Frenda couldn't talk. Funny. "If you needed to stop me, you have to strip all the iron in the building." Misaka is more powerful than fucking Magneto. Best superpower ever. And she is just that good. |

| So some mercenaries, huh?.. They're quite young mercenaries.. Though, in real life teens are also constantly used in criminal world and stuff.. Because they're protected more by law.. Or not that they're protected, but that they can get less years in prison and stuff.. Why this blond girl is surrounded by plushies?.. Ah, they're bombs.. Ok then.. Understood.. So what Shinobu thought of this time, I wonder.. Revisiting her old payers.. In this arc overall we get much much more about Misaka's true powers and how she can use them.. In hacking.. In battle.. Before it was mostly just zap here and zap there.. Even if her coin attack is impressive, it's still the same type - zap.. But electricity control is about much more possibilities.. Why this show likes psychopaths, though.. It was alright for a while, while there wasn't too much of them.. But really with time it's getting too much of them.. I don't like sadists, really.. Some of them can be alright, but with such long running series.. I'd wish they would switch a bit.. This second season couple of last episodes turned a bit into too much action for my taste.. And probably whole next episode will be battle again.. Eh, not my stuff.. Battles the most boring thing for me overall in anime.. |
| 8 episodes in the 2nd season of railgun we finally get our first full fledged 1v1. Or was there a fight at the end of the first season of railgun? I don’t know because I kind of fast forwarded through the second half of railgun out of boredom lol Loli bomb chick almost had the duel in the bag but she lost out of being a dumbass. Anyway the rest of her squad showed up, and they’re giving us the cliff hanger and the to be continued here. Are they actually going to give us some more action or just throw some stuff around and stand off and talk like when she faced accelerator a few episodes ago? I want some action man, not some garbage slice of life and a lesbo teleporting chick and some little girl with flowers in her hair for some reason who is always getting panty checked by her pervert male friend trapped in a female body |

| After seeing this episode, Mugino's actions in Index S3 made no sense retrospectively. Impressive performance from Frenda. She was obviously no match, but her tactics were good enough to nearly beat someone like Misaka. I thought Misaka would beat someone like her in a minute, top. |
