"Parasyte is a series written and drawn by Hitoshi Iwaaki. Unfortunately this is his only notable series so I can’t so much about his career." Been two years since you posted that, but his manga Historie is actually ranked higher and I think it has been for a while. You should really try it if you liked parasyte.
