I really liked greed too along with scar and other side characters which were really well done in both the iteration of FMA
I never read psycho pass manga but i did watch season 2 and a sequel movie which was a heavy fall off from season 1 because of certain reasons ( I can't go into details on why it fell off so hard because it would spoil your experience on watching the first season as any sort of explanation for this would be spoiler heavy ) so just watch the first season and if you feel by the end of it that you want to watch further , do give it a shot.

As for wonder egg priority's ending, they definitely could've handled it better but I still think the anime is worth a try! The show had a great showcase of the character's struggles and good queer rep!

Do watch both the series ( Psycho Pass and Banana Fish ) but only watch season 1 of psycho pass because any further continuation in form of series or movies is just meh.
