flattered that you took the time out of your day to go through my entire list... i disagree with some of yours as well, but think you have a good eye and commendable taste. i know many people who enjoy berserk, EVA, monster, and we understand each others gripes/praises, and why one would feel the bad outweighed the good or vice versa.

i don't know how old you are, but i think you're at that particular stage in life where you take someone disagreeing with you as a personal slight and let it raise your blood pressure to astronomical levels. i was prepared to give berserk a 7 before the supernatural stuff at the end — this is quite a popular opinion, actually. but would saying so even make you feel any better? considering you seem to be severely lacking in the theory of mind area

When did you buy the albums? I see very few hits on Ebay so I suspect the supply is drying out which kinda sucks. To be fair I guess it's hard to get physical albums made and sold halfway across the world. Also she doesn't seem to do live performances like at all so I'm not really counting on getting any merch for an affordable price. If it ever happened though...

My mother is conservative and probably thinks that all japanese culture is sexual or something like that; when I had Netflix pulled up on my computer and on the front page was some anime, she pointed to it and said that she doesn't like that. Despite me being a huge weeb I'm trying to keep that hidden to avoid any complications down the line haha.

Honestly, I think Nanahira's not very popular at all compared to other Japanese music artists like Yoasobi and Mafumafu. I thought she was until I saw other Japanese artists casually pulling in millions of views for every video. She definitely deserves it tho. As an aside, have you listened to Mafumafu before? I think it'll be something you'd like.

Heh, I thought I recognized the forum signature. and yes! I love her voice. I like how it's mostly stayed the same throughout her entire singing career.

It's cool you have her albums; I'd buy them if she ever did something like that again. I don't know where I'd hide them from my parents though. Maybe next year when I head to college?

Well, as a fellow man of culture, a lover of both Berserk and Punpun, I’d recommend Vagabond, so that you can complete the holy Seinen trilogy. :D All jokes aside though, Vagabond is an amazing manga, I don’t think I’ve ever read anything like it (which is also true for Berserk and Punpun).
