So you finished Haibane Renmei, eh? Definitely a good one. It covers difficult topics with elegance and sincerity, so it never feels hard to watch. People almost always finish the series in 1 or 2 days.

I've been wanting to rewatch it since I've only seen the dub... but yea, I liked the dub alot actually. I loved how Lafiel talked in this monotone voice and said Jinto's name in every sentence! (well, in the dub that is...)

I don't like harem shows much but if you says it's good it's probably worth checking out someday. As for Galaxy Express 999, yeah I can't wait to get started on it. I actually bought a ton of the manga the other day for a buck each. The only problem is, my Japanese is so crappy it takes me 10 minutes to read a page. However I don't need to be fluent in Japanese to know that Harlock shows up AND THIS IS AWESOME.
By the way, reading your tag list amuses me. I think I will have to copy you.

Yes yes! Haibane Renmei's a fantastic show, I only have good things to say about it. Consulting your own faves, the only one I don't know is Macross - which probably isn't so much my kind of thing. Best to complete my Gainax studies first.
