Words cannot describe how much i enjoyed this anime. Made in Abyss is truly the "diamond in the rough"; some might not enjoy how the characters look, or how the characters are children. However, if you can overlook that, then you get this wonderful anime about adventure, suspense, and hardships when venturing out into unknown lands. The beautiful setting and the amazing OST really makes this anime stand out as well.
Its good stuff.

Everything about it is just amazing. The music, the animation, the feels, the suspense, everything. To make this anime even better, it had a TOURNAMENT ARC. Everybody loves TOURNAMENT ARCS. The two fights that really made this anime stand a lot more are the Todoroki vs. Midoriya and Midoriya/Todoroki/Iida vs. Stain. "You Say Run" makes everything better TBH.
I feel like the minority here when I say I really enjoy the animation and how crude it was. It only made it funnier! This season felt a lot more comedic than the first season, but that's what makes it better. It's got a wonderful opening and a similar ending to the first season, and I love every bit of them. And of course, explosion girl is the best girl.
TBH, I didn't have high expectations for this anime in the beginning. Obviously, I had second thoughts towards the end of the series because its in this list. It's one of those series where it's kind of hard to watch in public because you don't want people to look at you funny (but I watched it at school anyways xd). Anyways, it was surprisingly good with its animation and its ost. Kanna really took the spotlight in this anime because shes cute owo.
WITH THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP
This anime's pretty good. It was nice seeing Akko grow throughout the story with her new friends. I don't know what else to say about this anime besides the fact that it made me happy every time I watched it. Weird. Anyways, the anime was beautifully animated, it had great music, and all of the characters were interesting in their own way.
This show was truly a magical experience. Tons of relate-able experiences with the characters in this show, even though its about high school girls going to Antarctica. Though its a comedy slice of life, it has its sad moments. The episode that stuck me the most was episode 2 with the running scene. The OST was fantastic and the animation was beautiful. I would totally recommend this to anybody.
This show was also a magical and wholesome experience, though a different one compared to Sora Yori. The characters and the atmosphere of the show was wholesome and extremely comfy. I can re-watch this show many times and it will still be amazing. Makes me want to go camping again. The show had an amazing OST that is perfect for studying, and the animation was comfy. I absolutely love the character designs in this show too.
I've been reading this show since forever, and I am so glad it had such an amazing adaptation. The animation of this show was amazingly good consistently, and the characters are all amazing. Just like the manga, I love the story with each character (especially Anzu of course). Great laughs with its comedy, and the animation really helped to amplify the entertainment of the show. Would recommend to other anime watchers.
What I consider the BEST isekai anime/manga series. The first episode really caught my attention with the wonderful animation quality, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how well the manga was adapted. Rimuru is truly the star of the show with his personality and how he progresses through the story. Truly a wonderful experience. Even though the animation quality went down after the first episode, the story made up for it. The OST is alright too. I would definitely recommend this show to anyone that loves isekais just like I do.
Was forced to watch this, but i'm glad I was. The show was an amazing experience and I was completely shooketh when I saw the ending for the first time. The animation was very unique to see, but I got used to it pretty quick. The OST is amazing, and the character designs definitely improved imo. One of those shows where you wish you can just erase your memories so you can experience the show again. If anyone starts watching this, I would love to join LMAO
Read the manga first, so I was pretty excited to see that it was getting an anime adaptation. I knew the story was good from reading it, but I didn't expect it to be adapted this well. They chose the perfect voices for my favorite characters (besides young Thorfinn lmao), and they did really well capturing the main setting of the story. This definitely deserves the current score it has on this website.
I try not to put sequels in my top 5 lists, but this will be the first exception because of how amazing it was. This was such a significant part of the plot from the manga, the pacing was amazing, the animation was insane (as always), and of course, Hiroyuki Sawano. Binged this on a plane going to Japan, and it was quite difficult to keep my excitement in. This anime got me feeling excitement I haven't felt in a good while, so this is definitely going on the list.
Same with Vinland Saga, I read the manga first., so I was pretty excited to see how it was going to be animated since it was being animated by ufotable. It definitely came out better than expected. I was a little worried that the crude artstyle of the manga was going to hinder the animation, but ufotable did exceptionally well in capturing the essence of the story. The music was amazing, and the pacing was acceptable.
Another adaptation I was particularly excited about, and it was definitely worth waiting for. With such an interesting premise, I was very excited to see how the animation would look like when creating the gadgets. Definitely satisfied with this adaptation. The only minor issue was that the op wasn't that good lmao.
This was a very solid comedy/romance anime to watch this season. Almost everything about it was perfect, the only exception being the pacing. Though that was a very minor issue that I had. Besides that, the animation was perfect in capturing the characters personalities, the voices were amazing, and the story itself was really fun to watch.
