4 - average (It's still completely readable for me, I'm even a fan of "Are you Alice" but gave it 4)

View this more as how much I'm enyoing reading said manga, not exacly what my relationship with it is. My ratings 5 and below don't mean I have closed opinion on disliking it. I'm glad I read every single manga on my list :D

- I don't add anime to my list that I read manga of. (well, I do but as dropped, though I may have watched it. You won't be sure)
- My favourite manga on profile aren't my only ones. Just check out my list all 8,9 and 10 are my favourites.
- I don't drop any manga (it's my rule number 1)

On Hold = I add short manga to it and rate them only if they are strong 6 or more.
Plan to watch = are manga that are not being translated regularly.
Reading = Reading
Completed = Completed
Dropped = the Rest (mostly one-shots, spin-offs and if I watched anime but didn't read manga)

Of course! I'll be glad to discuss. I see you've read a variety of manga & definitely more knowledgeable on the topic than me currently so I'll come to you first in case of asking for opinions, recommendations etc. Though I've been reading a lot of regular books recently rather than manga/ln so might need to catch up on my list haha.

As for The Faraway paladin, I watched the teaser and the animation isn't like overwhelmingly better so I think I won't be expecting this to look like komi-san (also made by OLM). I think it's most likely going to be animated by the same team that did King's raid, an anime that's also been produced by OLM & Sunrise beyond. Overall, it's still a step up over the previous studio.

Yo it's been a quite a while since I last visited this site. Due to irl stuff, I've only started watching anime again recently.

Firstly, How are you? I hope you've been doing well. I saw the teaser for the second season of the faraway paladin. Good news is that they changed studio (OLM, Sunrise beyond) with new director and staffs as well as Will getting a male voice actor! It's probably best for me to not get my hopes up but so far, these changes do look promising.

Thanks for the info! I was planning to watch the anime but was hesitant because just as you said, the studio doesn't look promising so I asked your opinion. Right now, I decided to give it 3 episodes.

And about my manga list, the reason why I give high ratings is because I will only pick and read things I know I'll enjoy (that's why my list is full of isekai).

Attack on Titan is PEAK FICTION! I just binged watch season 3 to ep 9 of the final season in 24 hours and MAN, I haven't felt this overwhelming amount of dread since Maqiua and Hunter x Hunter!

Just want to share how I'm feeling rn and I'll be taking a breather and will continue tomorrow!

Don't know if the eminence in shadow will suit your taste. For me, it's the better isekai parody then Konosuba. The selling point is that it makes use of isekai tropes and executes it amazingly well with it's dumb serious theme. Other than that, it isn't really different from a regular power-fantasy.

Because I read a few of your comments in the faraway paladin topics and I was surprised by how much I agreed with all of them. TFP is most unique and also one of my favorite isekai's. I feel like there's a lot of things this story has done right that many ppl don't appreciate imo. The anime, and even the source material , is a mixed bag from what I read online so it's kinda rare to see someone who add's this to their favorites.

Well you don't have to accept it if you don't want, I just send friend requests to anyone who shares similar taste with me lol.
