A DM with experience makes things easier,, but on the other hand, if there is still too much paperwork and no fun, people can still get frustrated and bored.

Yea, even if you made a new one, with the dead state of rp on MAL, there are high chances that not enough people will join and it dying fast.
Tried to get into D&D, but all those rules with god knows how many volumes to its name, each on the order of a few hundred pages and simply creating a character taking more than 2 hours to make with all the skills, abilities and dice rolling that goes into it made things awfully complicated and too much of a hassle. So I dipped put of that fast, haha.

Where I've been? Well, 2 years mandatory military service, finishing uni, work, forgetting my MAL password and recovery e-mail, forgetting that I contacted MAL admins to get my account back. But I finally got my account back, yaaay!
