I wasn't commenting on what "anime" constitutes, but just stating how it apparently works on this site.
That said, I highly disagree with how the Moderators do things on this site. But it is how it is.

Hi. Just read your Shuffle Memories review. I didn't realize it was just recaps except for episode 12. I loved the original show. It appears our compatibilties are almost the same.
