The OVA uses the songs from the album Virgin VS Virgin(1981) from the Japanse rock band Virgin VS (in japanese: ヴァージンVS).
I really liked the music, catchy songs. Even if one of them was a cover for ABBA`s Mama Mia.
But the animation during the musical scenes honestly felt like i was on an acid trip. So yeah, not my cup of tea. Other than that it was pretty lively animation, and it doesnt feel like it was so old(made in 1984).
There isnt much of a story going on either.

This is mostly filling in the gaps the original 1992 one had. I strongly recommend binge watching the original and then this one. The only improvement we have in this one is the art and coloring in general, i also like Riki`s image in this one more, but Iason`s in the 1992 one.
It feels less lewd and less emotional in general compared to the 1992 one as well. The ending is crap, basically its non-existent. Where as the original had such a strong ending. You can enjoy the original without watching this one but you cant enjoy this one without watching the original.

Im so pissed for giving Bleach a 9, it deserves a freaking 10! So much missed potential...
With having literal 45% filler percentage(163/366 eps), it still faired pretty well. Majority of the fillers were nice, but they always seemed to come right before a hyped event, which always makes you frustrated. The second biggest problem for me was the ending. Instead of stopping the show after the end of the Aizen Arc, giving it much bigger emotional weight in regards to Ichigo`s sacrifice, they have decided to do the Fullbringer Arc which was not only boring to watch(honestly it felt like a filler arc) but the ...

The first 60 minutes were decent actually, but my bullshit meter went over 9000 pretty quickly afterwards. The movie completely abandoned reason in the last third of its duration...
The joker smile was pretty decent, however he was shown as pretty weak fighter compared to everyone else and he didn`t really seem much insane either. I liked the politics betrayal part and the few other homages to feudal japan, but that`s about it. There is really not much more i can say about this movie. It`s a hot mess of gundam castles... The joker doesn`t really fit into any of the 3 archetypes either...

I think this is by far the best picture drama i have watched. It shows Lelouch`s determination to make the world a better place before his Zero plans have started. He was ready to sacrifice himself for humanity if necessary from the beginning.
However, that being said, this doesnt confirm he is dead. It just shows he had the resolve to die for his ideals, not to become a last second martyr like some haters are claiming. It may be a bit longer than the rest, having some fillers as well, but its definitely something you should watch. On the side note it also shows Suzaku`s wish ...
