Introduction:
Hello there, friend!
We at the Australian & New Zealand Anime Club are proud to present... Our very first newsletter!

This community was founded on the 28th of January - 2015, and since that time we've come a very long way.
You are only reading this because YOU made it possible by being a very important piece of what makes this club what it is.

That said, we are happy to announce that we're coming close to reaching the 1,000 Member Milestone!
It's a wonderful thing to know that there are so many fellow Aussies and Kiwis who love Anime and we hope that we only continue to grow from here on out.

About the newsletter:
So you might ask, what's this newsletter all about?
Well, great question. We've scratched our heads a few times and figured that this newsletter will be dedicated to letting you know that we're active!

Despite the substantial growth of our club, there is still a handful of you that we still haven't had the pleasure of getting to know.
We want you to understand that this is a safe and fun club, but if you're shy then we're not going to force you to participate, this is simply to remind you that there is a place for everyone at this club, so if you ever warm up - come and say hi!

Here's what's happening right now:
We have a wide selection of club activities that you can participate in, from anime discussion to club games or casual conversation.
Anyone in the club is free to make up whatever thread they feel would interest people!

What we hopefully have planned for the future:
GFX Competitions, Giveaways, Club Member of the Month, Gaming Groups and more!

So, other than that, there isn't much to say this time around but hopefully the next time we have to do this, there is much more to look forward to.
We again are thankful to have you, and hope that you come and have some fun with us sometime soon.

- Yours truly,
The Australian & New Zealand Anime Club.

Hmm, maybe you just don't enjoy ZnT's antics. I wouldn't take the anime itself too seriously. By now you should have realized that the romance is only used as a boost in comedy, that is, until the end where it all settles down. I noticed you watched Non Non Biyori and funny enough I expected something extremely entertaining, but it really was just a "slice of life". The characters were cute, but the only intriguing characters to me was the brother and nyanpasu. All the other characters are cliches that have been done before and the show did nothing to deviate from it. That was okay, though. I'm just surprised you can take ZnT so seriously, but are okay with "non non"'s chill show. Maybe you are better off with having no expectations, heh?

Cool. It seems you enjoyed it a bit. You're kinda right about the ending. Though, I think it all fits. The writers made it pretty consistent. However, slowly but surely you can tell that Louise is being less of a tsun and more of dere. Her insecurities are fairly logical. Please remember that this is an ecchi rom-com. You see this shit happen all the time, but at least in this series it is at least a little logical in the way the characters act. If the funny acts of punishment don't make you smile or laugh, then that's unfortunate. There's one thing for certain, though. It would be best to "introduce" the romance now, but not finish it until later. I still liked the end of the second season. It was worth rewatching the show a couple times just to see the end of second season alone. :)

Well, I wasn't necessarily trying to tell you to watch the rest, more so trying to convince you that even though the first season didn't meet expectations or didn't answer all of the questions, it was an okay thing to do because you can certainly get those later on. I can just hardly believe you think the show was "Average (5)" Maybe, again, that's cause I can only see it as one complete product vs "the first 12 episodes". If the show had ended at season 1 and there was no continuation, then I may have thought it to be just "Average" as well.

Finish Zero no Tsukaima first, and then review it. It's not fair to judge the first season separately. It just wasn't written in such a way where there is a definite "beginning, middle, and end". View all 4 arcs/seasons and you shouldn't have very many complaints of the show at all. It's roughly a 50 episode show and you're stopping before it got started, essentially.
