Glad we're similar! I'm a newbie as far as anime goes, but I watch as much as I can when I can. If you want any recommendations of what I really liked a lot from list list don't hesitate to ask.
I've seen people with higher compatibility, never more than 95% though.
I don't think that rating Tatami Galaxy high is a rare sight, I've seen it pretty often, most times around 9. Yeah, Kill la Kill is pretty good, this one is something that I don't often see rated high.
I love psychological and romance the most. Yeah, Lain is already on my plan to watch list, I've heard good things about it, but I don't plan to watch it soon since I have a fair amount of other anime to watch first.
I'm already your fan yo, rating Kotonoha no Niwa with 10 is rare. Though it seems that you're a high rater so it's understandable. I can't see myself having so many 10's on my list.
We have more rainy days in the year than all other kinds of weather combined in Portand. True, I've never been to the Netherlands, but it rains a lot here. Portland is also kind of known for it's rain so I thought it would be a fun little hint.

Well I would recommend Saint Seiya or Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (I haven't watched them yet actually but these might correspond to your taste)
And if you liked Dragon Ball and HxH , I highly recommend Yuyu Hakusho ! One of my favorite anime.
And One Piece is a must-watch as well but quite hard to marathon hehe ! I can understand that it is pretty annoying to wait for one episode per week.
Anyway Yuyu Hakusho or Bleach might be of your taste !
