Man I gave Gurren Lagan 5 episodes before I called it quits, I'd consider that pretty generous, but I really can't say, I've been shamed for dropping it so many times that I might just finish it to shut you people up lol. But regarding slice of life and romance anime, I honestly don't understand my tastes. I really loved Sukitte Ii na yo but I wouldn't pick Kimi no Todake back up even if someone offered me money to, I have a hate for that show that I truthfully cannot justify. Gin no Saji was okay I guess, I had no real problems with it, I just wasn't very interested in it. I can't remember anything from the Pet one to be completely honest lol sorry. But I have a tendency to drop funny anime in general, not because I dislike them, I actually really like most of them, but I just feel that I've seen enough after watching a few episodes. Like Daily Lives of High School Boys, Cromartie High School, and Ranma 1/2 were really great and funny but I just felt I got the point and didn't need to watch any more episodes.

I didn't necessarily drop Cowboy Bebop or Gurren Lagann because I disliked them, I just found those two particular shows to give me little motivation to watch the next episode. I definitely plan on picking Gurren Lagann back up since it's such a well-known classic, not too sure about Gurren Lagann though, but my brother might kill me if I don't so who knows. I plan to pick up a few others like Kaiji, I only dropped it because I wasn't in the mood at the moment to watch it, and you mentioned a few others I can't remember
