One of the few anime that doesn't seem to have to have a HUGE amount of sex appeal in order to be good. Don't get me wrong, I mean with one guy in a school full of girls it's kind of hard. Apparently the story was good enough to get a sequel so I don't think I need to say how good this show is. If you like people fighting in mechs and/or one man around nothing but girls, I think this will be a good watch for you.

What seem to start off as just a little series that gave people a laugh turned into something new for the series.
For starters, Rito always seem to be put in situations that aren't entirely his fault and by this point everyone knows what happens. However, this season gives somewhat of a plot and cliffhanger for a new season which will lead further into it. The one I didn't like about the series who Tear who was introduced in episode 10. Now don't get me wrong, it's not that shes a bad character in any way, it's just that you only get to see her ...

What can I say about this season that I didn't with the first one, now this one apparently is the first season to follow the manga. But to people who haven't read the manga, this new season didn't feel any different from the first. Motto was just as fun as the first season (only shorter) but some of the plot holes, like how Celina came into the show in the first place aren't really explained. Overall, this is a fun watch and I recommend it to anyone who likes a good romantic comedy.

When I saw reviews for this before watching the anime, people kept complaining how unlike the manga it was and I mean everyone. For someone who hasn't read the manga, I don't see the issue. I mean if you don't read the manga and decide to watch this, you don't know whats wrong. But thats not to say the manga is nothing, To anime; manga is basically the whole script already made. Some will just go off what they created in the manga without really moving away from that plot too much, while others will try to change the script and show off their creative

What can I say about this season that I didn't say about the others, except for the fact that I am glad that I am done with this series. I wonder how a show this bad got 4 seasons when other clearly better one did not. Once again the "fate" plot is back again with a vengeance, people are trying to avoid their fates, kan'u still has a thing for ruby, and Hakufu is still stupid. Pretty much, everything you've seen so far from the other season will be in this one, with the exception of a new character.

O.k to start off with I didn't watched all of this series, so just letting you know first off.
I got to say the synopsis for this one is really misleading about what the story is about, it makes you think that the whole thing is about Hakufu when it's not. Now the part where she finds out about her sister is true and is centered around her, that really one of the only things accurate about it. Now the reason I didn't watch this all the way through is because the first half (mainly the first 5 episodes) are all actually kind of enough ...

So by some miracle of anime, ikki tousen got a sequel that no one wanted, but fortunately this one wasn't as bad as the first season, naturally. With the new art work, people got to see better fanservice than in the first season, the sound art is pretty o.k. and the characters are just as criptice or as stupid for some people (hint hint) as ...

I may just be saying what everyone else says about this one but I'll say it anyways. This is ridiculous, an anime which has random high schoolers fight each other to the death and follow the "Fate" of their beads just because their ancestor did it in this legend that, frankly, I could give two shits for. Now I know that the romance of the three kingdoms is a legend which this it based off of, but unless you know what the legend is and the details of the people within it you aren't going to be able to understand a lot of what happens

So five busty girls is apparently what pulls people into this one. Each having their own small back story which is nicely explained by the narrator so I don't have to hear too many sob story about how their live was like before the actually series started. Don't get me wrong I'm ok with a little backstory, I just don't like when one is full of nothing but tears and sadness, only to find that the person we see now doesn't really connect with said backstory. Note: This review goes with the impression that there is no sequel main to this show, if one is made you should not read my review!
Feels like the same thing we always get from these fanservice animes. One main male character surrounded by a lot of different sized female characters. And of course at the very end of the show is a cliffhanger that you have to now wait to see more (which may or may not happen, even if the whole show is better of with more). Especially when the main characters teleport to a different land and rolls the credits immediately screams for ... |
