About Me
First and foremost, I'm not an otaku; I'm just addicted to anything animated, a very, very large bulk of which just happens to be anime.
I'm a pacifist and, for the most part, try avoiding arguments, though I do enjoy stimulating converstions...
Preferred Genres, Blah, Blah...
If I have the time and inclination, I'll watch just about anything non-pornographic. I don't have much of a taste for comedies or romances, though (not normally, in any case).
I usually go for short-run anime, preferably ones with 30 episodes or fewer. But, during my vacations, I do take the time for something longer, if given the chance...
A Bit About My List
-I don't normally watch ongoing series, primarily owing to my extreme impatience; I hate waiting for an upcoming episode to the extent I'd rather wait for the series to end before I start watching it.
-I don't usually drop anything I've started watching, though I think that's more so because I haven't really come across anything bad enough to drop yet.
-I mostly watch relatively short-running series (26 episodes or less).
-On an average, I finish a 26 episode anime in 2-3 days, which is why I don't bother making a 'Watching' list (I may as well finish the anime in the time it would take me to constantly update my 'Number of episodes watched' tab) ; Instead, I just add it after I've finished with it (It also helps me in rating it).
-I do occasionally change my ratings, depending on how I feel about an anime later. (More often than not, I reduce the score from what I'd previously given an anime, over time).
-I don't have much an 'On Hold' list because I don't normally put any anime on hold.
-For no reason, besides having nothing better to do at the moment, I've decided to add tags to my list, more for the sake of 'mini-reminders', if you will, so, when it's been a sufficiently long time after I've watched an anime, I can still get an idea of just what to expect, should I decide to re-watch it...
Feel free to recommend any anime you feel I might enjoy, especially ones that have good dubs. (I do enjoy subbed shows as well, but I have a weakness for good dubs).

I am glad you finally picked up Bleach :D Bleach requires a lot of commitment but to me is highly addicting. Some arcs are better than others but I'm already a hard core fan so I still love them. Orihime is my least favorite characters. 200+ episodes later she still as annoying and useless lol The story gets better, hope you continue to watch.
Wow, you also watched Historys strongest disciple Kenichi. That was another good series.
I been busy as always. I haven't been able to watch a lot of anime for months now. I started watching Psycho-pass and Steins; Gate. I completed the first season of Bakuman. That was memorable. I am currently watching the second season.
So, did you pass all your exams? Are you still living in India?

Please watch the movie Akira, it's pretty great and i think it's something you'll enjoy. There are two englsh dubs of it, one is the original from (i think) 1991, and the other is the pioneer dub from the early 2000s. You can watch the full movie on youtube. It's the pioneer dub from 2001. If you want, I can send you the link, or you could buy it.

chapter 550 and you quit man that's fantastic atleast continue the anime where you left the manga from what I have read on sankaku the manga might end pretty soon but who knows and whatsup with sengoku basara rewatch ?? have you read anything about japanese history or just watching it for all the testosterone and manly shouting ...

Well life at my end is just very calm and peaceful I guess can't think of any other words to describe it ... college is pretty cool and have a lot of time on my hand too to do" extra curricular activities" but you can sadly guess what I have been doing with all the good time ... btw where is all the naruto bleach and onepiece on your list ?? even if you don't like to watch ongoing stuff you can divide and watch them season wise or maybe they are the backlog you just mentioned ...

I'll get around to Utena eventually. And you should still watch Tatami Galaxy sometime.
There is some interesting stuff, I guess, but it's...kind of hard to summarize right now. I'll have to see how things go from here.
What point are you at in the university system?

I really hope you enjoy Bleach, it has alot of fillers, I mean ALOT of fillers. I have a feeling you will hate it tho Lol Well, to start with, you should know that the first arc is called The Substitute and its ok, they are mostly introducing the characters. Its pretty average to tell you the truth but once I got The Entry and The Rescue arc I was completely addicted and the music is excellent. Let me know how it goes.
Mahou Shoujo Madoka is in my ptw list. I will check if its available thru amazon or animeshockwave but Samurai 7??? I don't know. Hahaha alright alright, I will check it out. Is not even in my ptw list.
I actually watched the first episode of Mushi-shi which I had usually skipped because I was told it was slow paced but to be honest I was impressed. I really enjoyed the first episode.
I'm also watching other series: Hikaru no Go which I love, Shakugan no Shana, Code Geass and Welcome to the NHK. They are all great!!!
One more thing, I do not recommend Deadman Wonderland dubbed version. It was awful. Voices were horrible, Op was short, and it was to edited. I was disappointed. Try the subs instead.

Speaking about Monica Rial.... Ughh. Do you remeber we discussed potential Voice actors for the Deadman Wonderland series, I remember telling you that it would suck if they choose her to play Shiro...and guess what THEY CHOSE MONICA RIAL lol go figure! lol I was laughing histerically cause I jinx myself.
Samurai Champloo is surprisingly good, I am really enjoying it altho I haven't had much time lately to watch because.... I actually decided to write my own manga Lol Honestly no joke, I'm still in begining stages and hope I dont get tired of it but I really want to see this through. This is the reason why we haven't chatted much lately, that and the fact that you've had test.
Bytheway...... Awesome. Good luck with the tests but I'm positive you will do good. You are a pretty smart fella ;D
