When I was young except of Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon I watched a lot of American cartoons like Batman, Spongebob, Scooby-Doo...
Well when I was young like 5, 6 I watched pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh. Now recently from a Youtuber I started watching anime. And now it's almost the only thing I do.
I know Demon Slayer I like the studio that made it, ufotable they are amazing I really like Fate Zero. If you haven't seen it I as well recommend it to you.
I just didn't recognize him because I haven't seen the anime yet and that caracter always wears a pig's head on his head.
