Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu

Re:Zero and Akame ga Kill are similar in regards to the fact that both of them initially appear to be a light comedy action story, but they both end up sharing much of the same themes later throughout the series. Both involve the main character enduring many hardships, including death, forcing them to maintain a strong mentality which will continue to push them forward towards their final goal. They both share episodes of despair which will hit you right in the feels, they both have some comedy relief throughout the series, and both main characters experience romantic feelings (which I personally enjoyed most). I regard them both very highly and thoroughly enjoyed both of them; I think if you enjoyed one, you should consider watching the other. As a forewarning without giving away any spoilers, I will say that Akame ga Kill is a much darker themed story than Re:Zero, but I would not let that deter you from watching both.

Nisekoi
add

Both Seto no Hanayome and Nisekoi involve the main character having affiliation with the Yakuza and being forced into a relationship. There are other potential lovers which are thrown into the mix and over time the main character discovers romantic merits about them. They are both great comedies with the main character displaying desirable qualities such as loyalty and chivalry. If you're looking for another romantic comedy with the same vibe, I'd definitely recommend checking this out!

One Piece
add

If you can replace Pirates with Ninjas and vice versa, Naruto and One Piece are a lot alike with the exception of art. Naruto=Luffy (Both pretty slow and oblivious to a lot of things, but pretty badass at fighting and can be brilliant in combat), Hokage=Pirate King (Both main characters strive to be the best in the world and their dream is often looked down upon or acknowledged by various people). Both series are very humorous, deal with characteristics of friendship/teamwork and have intense fighting.

School Days relates to Kimi ga Nozomu Eien by having both portray a lot of appealing romance and drama. They both deal with a love triangle and Mitsuki's character relates to Sekai, and Haruka's character relates to Kotonoha. Both deal with tragic events and a struggle between the main heroines striving to persuade their lover's interest.
