Yes it is from Stardust Crusaders, and to answer your question I did skip over to the part HOPING that it wasn't an episode and that someone just drew the meme themself, and to prevent even more (personal) cringe from bottling within me I decided to drop the series to save myself the pain.

Anyone can enjoy whatever they would want to watch, its just my own opinion of the show, which is what reviews are kind of for, to express ones likes or dislikes.
