The worst part was that JC actually had to get permission from them just to produce 2 additional episodes for the season. Which is why Index III is 26 episodes than 24. That doesn't really sound good if they had to get permission to add 2 new episodes. Obviously, it screams things were rushed, but it also shows that it should've been a 48-50 episode season in the form of two parts to complete the rest of Old Testament. There are rumors of a 4th Railgun season, but I wouldn't hold my breath. They're just that, rumors. But then again, we have until April to hear of an announcement, sooo...

He was also power-hungry because he wanted to achieve Level 6 so he won't have to fight anyone anymore. But after the Sisters arc, you could say Accelerator was humbled by that encounter with Touma.

You got that right, especially since the original 22 volumes in English are long out of print, and quite expensive in the aftermarket. While I prefer to collect single volumes, I will gladly welcome the omnibus collection. But hey, at least NT's English release gives me that opportunity to collect the series in single volume format.

We'll seeeeeeeee. I think that, even though Railgun T did pretty well, despite airing during the pandemic, Index III may have shaken J. C. Staff's confidence to continue adapting the rest of the novels. This isn't factual, mind you, it's an assumption on my end. But, we'll have to wait and see what April 2024 holds for ToAru fans. On the other hand, NT's first volume in English will be released on Dec 12 this year, and preorders are up.

Oh, okay. I see OT on your list, but it's not updated. As for me, I'm reading OT as well, albeit slowly. I want to see what was left out of Index III since it was so rushed. And I plan on reading to the end with this series. I also plan on reading the spin-offs. Starting with Railgun since Misaka's the best lol.

Thanks, I hope more free time comes around in general soon. If I felt like TWEWY really needed a sequel in the first place, I'd imagine it more as its own thing as a standalone sequel, maybe even set in another country since I heard there's implications in the lore that Reaper Games could be a thing all over the world and not just in Japan. Missed opportunity, really.

Long time no see indeed! I regret to inform you that I had been too busy with schoolwork to start playing NEO. I still don't think TWEWY should get any more (direct) sequels, but it would be cool for people to have a TWEWY collab cafe event again.

I went and bought the sequel NEO on Steam the other day. Did you know it was on Steam since like half a year ago? I sure didn't! It was the first time I ever bought anything off of Steam... I may have went overboard even though it was the huge Summer Sale and all that......... oh and no problem!
