Hiya,
My name is Jeroen (don't lilke it though :P).
I am 18 years old and I started watching anime around 2000.
My first anime I saw of course was DBZ but that was before 2000.
Here in The Netherlands the don't broadcast anime in generally on TV.
The only shows that have ever been on tv here are DBZ , pokemon, yu-gi-oh, gundam and shows like shaman king and beyblade.
The actually first interesting anime is ever saw was Ah my Goddess in 2000 ( the OAV's ). Up until today its still one of my favourite manga (havent finished it yet cause I can only read it online atm and I don't really like that, still trying to get my hands on the actually manga) and anime
.
I was so happy when they finally decided to make a TV series in 2005 ^^
Well basically am addicted to anime.
I have been watching it for more then halve of my life and am planning on keeping it that way.
It so happens to be a bit tough to get your hands on descend manga's over here, so I haven't read many of emm.
But last year I discovered that a shop opened in my own city who sell all sorts of comic books. Lucky for me they were willing to see if they could get their hands on manga's ^^
Well further my hobby's are xbox (recently that stopped :P), swimming and working out at the gym.
Anime has played a huge rol in my life so far.
It's not actually a hobby but a way of life for me :P .
So basically am a Otaku:P
My favorite kind of animes are the onces that have a romantic Sub-plot in them.
I also wish for a good ending ( happy ending, kiss scenses are very welcome :P)
I hate it when one of the main chars (especially the girl) dies or leaves at the end :(

Hi. It appears we have a similar taste in anime. I recommend the Ai Yori Aoshi manga since you like some romance. You'll love it so much that Aoi-chan will remind you of Belldandy. I know you prefer to read manga in hard copies (me as well) but you can read it at mangafox.com

The thing is i'm was distracted by watchin videos on Youtube, so i'm watch one episode of Suzuka and i didn't start watchin Kimikiss Pure Rouge yet, but i will watchin it now.
