Yeah it's kinda similar to MAL in some aspects, even though i remember the interface, the name won't click in :P. True, comments with chapter analysis are the best ones, it gives you like a detailed summary of the chapters. Yeah i mean most of the comments these days are probably some type of criticism or so, back then it was just pure discussion among people about the plot. Sure man, thanks a lot for the recommendation, I'll surely let you know if i read it. I don't know how to say it but it's kinda like i have lost some interest in animanga, i just don't find myself enjoying animanga these days. I have totally stopped watching anime, i still read manga though(mostly the ongoing ones or genres i'm interested in) but yeah that's one of the reasons i have become inactive on MAL. I'll probably get back again but for now it seems very uncertain.
The best part about watching anime back then was reading the comments XD. Some were absurd, some were funny and some were informative with facts, i really miss those days when everyone used to have discussions in the comment section. I don't think that site is still up but in case it is, i would like to visit it again to see if those threads are still there(i forgot the name of the site sadly :')). BLAME is really good, i have it on my plan to read list. My introduction to MAL was through a forum post about short mangas, back then i had no idea about sites where you could have animanga discussions. This site instantly reminded me of the anime site i mentioned earlier so i had to create an account and i'm so glad i did :D. People here are really great and i really enjoy talking to them.
Hi! :) That seems like an interesting/exciting storyline! :) Aw, well, I hope the epilogue for that manga will get published there soon. :) Do you have any predictions for what the epilogue will be like? :) I'm happy to hear the re-read for "Blade of the Immortal" has been going well! :) I recently completed reading "The Two Lions" and also have been currently reading "Still Sick"! :) As for watching, I've been watching a lot of "Classroom of the Elite" and "Pretty Boy Detective Club" lately. :)
Yeah friends are a great help, in my case it was my cousin who's older than me, he introduced me to some really great beginner seinen mangas. I don't know if it's a proper introduction through social media case but i basically got into Tokyo Ghoul after reading the comments on the anime itself XD, i remember this one guy writing a whole paragraph with all the points describing how the anime adaptation is so shit. It's a rather funny way of getting into it, i was pretty much new to anime that time, it's like 6-7 years ago if i'm not mistaken.
Also, sorry for the late reply, haven't been that active online.
All good I am insanely inactive too, not even from the site but from watching anime / reading until this week. Yep how all is well with upgrading ur pc, I recently did the same and I am very happy with out how it turned out.
Been chilling nothing too difficult, also very late but you too man !
Nice, I'm glad to hear you liked it still! :) What is this new arc about? :) What other manga's have you been liking recently? :) Those 2 manga's were very enjoyable, I for sure liked them! :) (Though, I'm still not done with "A Sign of Affection" yet. :)) Haha! xD "Puppy Love" actually surprised me quite a bit though, ironically, I'm actually not a big fan of puppies, but, it still ended up being a very fun manga! :)
Most of the people i met irl and online with some familiarity with Seinen told me about how they first learned about it from friends and social medias, so i guess social medias do help in advertising Seinen shows. Anyways, i hope Seinen shows make it big soon.
Hey! No issues mate, i haven't been that active either. True, all you can do is hope for a sequel. I'm not sure but i guess it's because it falls under the Seinen demographic, Seinen shows are still somewhat underrated and less known when compared to the Shounen shows, only a few make it to the mainstream and those that do usually have a limited amount of audience.
Happy Belated New Year, cheers to a new and fresh start, hope you have a great year ahead as well :D.
Hi! :D It's okay, that's understandable! :) I'm doing good, what about you? :) Do you mean "A Sign of Affection" and "Puppy Love"? :) If so, then I've finished "Puppy Love" but not "A Sign of Affection" yet, it's a good series though, just long. xD How have those latest chapters been, did you like them? :) Thank you, I hope you have a wonderful year as well, happy new year! :D
I'm glad to hear it interests you! :D Alrighty, sounds like a nice plan! :) I see, well, again, thanks for the recommendation, I'll be looking forward to that twist once/if I read that manga! :D So aside from horror manga's, what are some other manga's you've been into lately that we haven't already talked about? :)
I see, that explains pretty much.
Damn it has a live action movie produced by James Cameron?, i was talking about it's anime sequels lol. I had no idea it had a live action movie dedicated to it XD. I see, so the movie basically adapted two volumes which isn't a lot, it might take decades to fully adapt it depending on the pacing and budget but having a live action adaptation is pretty damn huge.
Going in blind is really fun especially since I am not too big of a critique making me love most works regardless of genre.
I see that makes more sense than listening to discussions. Agreed, it could be boring at some point to listen to music but I am tired most of the times while commuting hahaha so staring out the window is nice
I'll keep that in mind, thanks for letting me know! :) Though, at least the concepts are interesting, that's good! :) I'm glad to hear you enjoyed "Hideout", I'll definitely keep your recommendation in mind, it sounds super interesting! :D What was your favorite moment(s) in "Hideout"? :) "Angels of Death" is about Rachel, a teenager, who finds herself in a mysterious building, and upon trying to escape, she meets a serial killer, it's very underrated as a manga imo. :)
