No way man, there can never be a second season, just because there is nothing they could possibly extend on that wouldn't potentially screw up the entire series. It's a cute thought hehehe, but pragmatically, I don't think it would translate out well. but LOL@Tenma turning evil, that's like contradictory, no way, muh Tenmazz an angellll. double lolz@Johann saving him hahaha, that would be comedic. What did you think about Nina and Eva? Also who was your favorite supporting character?



Also, quick question: HOW in the world did you give "Another" a 9? Like, just how and why? That show made me rage by like ep 4 lol :P, Yeah I can suggest some more:

-Death Billiards (OVA): best 25 minutes of your life
-House of 5 Leaves: very slow paced anime, with rarely any fighting, but look it up, you might like it, I sure did.
-Mouryou no Hako: this I feel can go either way, you might love it or you might hate it, but it's a good mystery and has decent characters.
-Gosick: not sure if you watched this, but VICTORIQUE FTW! another good one.
-Serial Experiments of Lain
-Any of Satoshi Kon's movies (Perfect Blue, Paprika, etc)

Also look out for Pupa, it's releasing this season, and it looks AMAZING :D

^All those are mystery based, aside from House of 5 Leaves, but yeah, if you've seen those, let me know and I'll tell you some other epic ones :D

There is nothing wrong with a bit of dedication to something as awesome as Monster. I wish I could have watched it like you did, but a part of me didn't want it to be over, so I savored that shit as long as possible. Took me about 2+ months to watch the entire thing, but God, it was worth it.

I'm glad you were able to experience this amazing show and you finished it so fast, that's a feat in itself. Good work, I feel somewhat accomplished that I made another person's life worthy :D :D lol

I told you, there's a reason why I've only reviewed one anime and it's that one hahaha. Monster is great, it gets only better. Although there is a period in it where people complain about it being "slow", but personally, I think the entire show is consistently badass.

I'm not sure about the dubbed version, I watched the sub :D
Although, I haven't heard bad things about either. Are you watching the subbed version?

Wow, I'm not sure whether to commend you on that number or shake my head slightly in disgust hehe. Yes, do the world a favor and watch Monster already, it's like God's word (if you believe in that kind of thing).

Greetings. Browsing fellow Later Year member sites, it seems that we have similar tastes in anime, though you have been at it much longer than I. I would have given Chrome Shelled Regios 10, but the writers never explained the outcome of Nina. I've read all of the translated Light Novel at Baka Tsuki but her outcome is buried in the few chapters that have yet to be translated. I seem to be the only one that could not stand Appleseed.
