it the anime about bones any good? got curious about it but didn't really check it out since it didn't really seem like a good anime.

Same, Only thing I dislike about it is that the about section is now at the top making it look plainer when you go to someone's profile if they only have text. And having to click on expand in the favourite section is kind of annoying it's in a weird place. Oh and the compatibility thing changed a lot... But yeah the design looks more fresh. Kind of the oppisite of the previous Old school look. Also like the new stats~

God Eater is pretty dissapointing, Only really liked episode 3. Ufotable failed me :( (though I'll still watch it...)

The animation is something to get used to, but it is really well done.
Really only watching it because it's ufotable I'll let you know my thoughts on it when I've caught up to it again since it's been 3 weeks since I last saw it and it wasn't really all that memorable xD

If you liked the themes of the series and the previous books, then the ending is the satisfying enough. I am not fond of its writing and it went the love conquers all route which doesn't align with my preferences. It was too sappy, preachy and predictable for me, so I didn't care but I can concur that it isn't completely bad.
