Im not going to give a summary to this anime like other reviewers do I'm going to tell you why you should watch this. This anime is for adults that like music, anime and a quick fun time. All the characters are adults there is drinking and smoking but no profanity, no sex scenes or nudity and the only kids(teenagers) you see are in flashbacks. This has pg rating so you can still watch with your family or adult friends and not be embarrassed of any lewd scenes.

No good deed goes unpunished-Perfect way to some up this anime.

I'm honestly impressed that they released something this flat-out terrible and got away with it. The music was bad, but at least the rest of the video salvaged a lot of lewd anime pictures. A ton of other singers couldn't even survive if they made a flat out club hit cash grab that was this ridiculously. Now almost 20 years since I first saw Rave, still stunning. A true timeless classic, exceptional, without doubt one of the best anime ever made. Well cast and a superb performance from all involved. I could be a little unbiased, as Nodame Cantabile is an anime i have yet to see. This is easily in my top 10 most lazy ova i have seen along with One Piece OVAs and the one with the hamster. Simple plot, and relevant characters show both depth and understanding of what was a hard world at that beach. Film score and closing song is both haunting and provoking. I’ve watched this ova once, but I can recite 80% of the script, but still enjoy from start to finish. I did laugh once which most anime don't make me laugh. ok OVA 5/10

It's a true garbage in every aspect; the characters are so not suited to their roles, the story is not only thoroughly awful, it's intriguing like a page turner of a novel. Kaneko, Hiraku directs his best work yet and it still sucks. Voice cast are supported by such household names like Sasahara, Yuu, Kohara, Riko & Anzai, Chika it's no less than a true anime fan enthusiasts cast but this won't give a teenage a wet dream.
