(Honest question.) Is it really that hard to manage "moving stuff around"? I'd imagine it's something like, load all your stuff onto airplanes, and when it arrives at the airport, the local delivery guy takes care of the rest. It doesn't sound that hard. Unless I'm missing something? (Not trying to downplay the importance of your work.)

My favorite genre is magical girls. xD I also like comedy and slice of life.

Yeah, I'd love to solve math problems for a living, or prove theorems, or something like that. xD Too bad there's no job like that.
I'd like to become a programmer. Nowadays, programming isn't just about writing code. Working with large amounts of data is getting more important, and for that, you need math to know how to perform computations accurately and efficiently. And I heard it's pretty complicated. But this kind of math has lots of applications, like Google's self-driving cars, Amazon's and Netflix's recommendations, ...

What's a logistics manager? Never heard of it. :o
Nice to see somebody passionate about their job. When I hear "job", the image it evokes is... people being really miserable and reluctantly slaving away. :/ (Yeah I know, sounds really depressing.)

3-4 people and several hours? That's kinda crazy. :o That sounds like something coming out of a math competition. Speaking of which, math competitions are what really made me enjoy math to a whole new level. They really teach you to be creative and clever to solve problems. It's too bad that you have to be good at math to begin with to understand them though. It's kind of a catch-22.

What do you do for your job, and why do you like it so much? I've never heard of anybody consider their job as a hobby. :o

My hobbies are video games and anime. I've tried out other stuff, like piano, chess, martial arts, and even basketball, but I just couldn't get into any of them. :o

How did university change how you feel about math? I've heard just the opposite from a few older friends that are also math enthusiasts. They said that the problem gets way worse in college and graduate school. The formulas get mind-bogglingly complex, with superscripts and subscripts and Greek letters everywhere. Not looking forward to that. ^^;

Yeah, I know what you mean! I'm sad to see that math is one of the most hated subjects, but given the way it's taught in school, I can totally understand why. My love for math comes from math competitions and exploring math on my own, not from school. School math is often little more than memorizing and grinding through equation after equation after equation... it's dreadfully boring and tedious, and even I get a headache from just looking at it. A lot of people never realize the hidden beauty and elegance of math.
